A security deposit of £200 is also required which is fully refunded upon return of keys and satisfactory inspection of the property by our house manger. subject to satisfactory inspection this will be refunded within one week of your return.

 

Booking procedure

Step 1: Please telephone or email James on 0115 871 2972/ jamesleadley@hotmail.com to check availability
Step 2: Fill in the booking form then print out the page
Step 3: Send the booking form with your deposit to: Mr James Leadley, Unit 14 Tennis court, Little Tennis Street, Nottingham, NG2 4EW


Upon receipt of your booking form and full deposit
we shall send you confirmation of your booking

Note: the balance of your holiday payment is required no later than four weeks before your arrival
